Hyderabad Airport targets big increase in non-aeronautical revenues
Airports Authority of India (AAI) reports total passenger numbers at Hyderabad Rajiv Gandhi International Airport declined 17.8% year-on-year to 480,759 passengers in Feb-2009. Domestic passengers led the decline, falling 21.4% year-on-year to 368,728. International passenger growth also continues its downward trend, declining 3.1% year-on-year to 112,031 passengers.
