Continuing demand on Asia Pacific services for British Airways

SYDNEY (Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation) - British Airways reports total passenger numbers on Asia Pacific services in Nov-05 rose 8.4% year-on-year to 152,000, while total cargo traffic (FTKs) fell 1.9%.

"[Overall] market conditions remain broadly unchanged, as significant promotional activity is required to deliver seat factors. The increase in traffic comprised a 12.0% increase in premium traffic and a 5.2% increase in non-premium traffic," Company Statement.
