Boeing Delivers 747-400ER Freighter to Nippon Cargo Airlines
Everett, Washington (BOEING) - The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA] and Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA) celebrated the delivery of the airline's newest Boeing 747-400 Freighter and the first delivery during the carrier's new management plan, the "Phoenix Project." The new airplane departed Paine Field in Everett today to join the all-747 NCA fleet, the first to do so since the Phoenix Project introduction earlier this year. The delivery was also the first for Boeing's newly remodeled Everett Delivery Center.
