Asiana Airlines slumps to first loss in three years
Asiana Airlines, South Korea's second-largest air carrier, reported (31-Jul-08) it swung to a net loss of USD19 million in the second quarter (three months ended 30-Jun-08) due to higher fuel costs. The carrier also slipped into the red at the operating level.
