Air Arabia profitable but yields under pressure

Air Arabia reported a 10.0% increase in net profitability and a 10.5% increase in operating profit in the three months ended Jun-2009, despite a 6% revenue reduction, and stated it expects to report "positive results" for the full year, assisted by fuel hedging, lower unit costs, world-leading fleet utilisation rates and high load factors.
