NAV Canada happy with results - reduces charges
NAV Canada, operator of Canada's air traffic control system,
is on track to break-even in 2007 - a goal it aims to achieve on an annual basis.
According to CEO, John Crichton, cost control efforts, combined with traffic
growth, are "really paying off for the company and our customers".
Last week, the company announced plans to reduce its service charges by 3%,
effective 01-Sep-07. The company lowered its charges by 1.8% in Sep-06. [248 words]
