Lufthansa agrees not to sell German ops of LSG Catering before end-2007

FRANKFURT (XFNews) - Lufthansa AG said it reached an agreement with the ver.di union not to sell a majority stake in its LSG Catering German operations before end-December 2007.

The spokesman said that under the terms of the agreement Lufthansa may sell a minority stake in the business.

LSG Catering has about 7,000 employees in Germany. Overall it has roughly 28,000.
