Indianapolis Airport Authority names Executive Director and Airport Director

Indianapolis Airport Authority announced (18-Jul-07) the appointment

John Kish to the position of Executive Director and Robert Duncan to Airport

Director, effective 16-Jul-07.

"These two key positions are essential to the continued success of Indianapolis International and we are pleased to have two outstanding individuals who possess the necessary leadership skills and airport management and aviation experience to lead both current airport operations and construction of the new airport," said Lacy Johnson, President, Indianapolis Airport Authority.

With the announcement Mr Kish will assume total responsibility for both the current airport in addition to his duties as Project Director for the new airport. This Executive Director position was vacated when the public-private partnership between the City and BAA was formed 12 years ago. Mr Duncan, who is currently Vice President and General Counsel, will assume duties for overall operations with the current and new airport.

Mr Duncan replaces Patrick Dooley who becomes CEO and Partner for the Frank Irish Company. Mr Dooley served as Airport Director for the Indianapolis International Airport since Nov-03.
