IATA Director General calls on Asia Pacific to step to the plate
IATA Director General & CEO, Giovanni Bisignani, yesterday
called on the stakeholders of the Asia Pacific aviation sector to take leadership
of the sector’s future direction. “A third of the industry is [in
the Asia-Pacific]. That demands that Asia take a leadership role in the world
stage and have the vision to match,” Mr Bisignani said.
