Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Sept throughput up 7.3 pct yr-on-yr

Hong Kong (XFNews-ASIA) - Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Ltd (HACTL) said its tonnage throughput for September rose 7.3 pct year-on-year to 231,580 tons.
Total throughput between January and September rose 5.1 pct to 1.84 mln tons from a year earlier, it said.
Exports in September rose 5.6 pct to 130,442 tons, helping to boost total export volumes for the nine-month period by 4.5 pct to 1.03 mln tons.
Imports increased 1.9 pct year-on-year to 59,811 tons in September and expanded by 3.4 pct in the nine-month period to 510,570 tons, HACTL said.
