easyJet gains as BA strike threat grows

easyJet's shares rose 3.4% yesterday as British Airways cabin crew voted in favour of further strike action. The union Unite, representing cabin crew, has 28 days to announce strike dates before the mandate expires.
The period of industrial action has yet to be decided. The Royal Wedding is on 29-Apr-2011.
Earlier this week, easyJet CEO Carolyn McCall said fare increases are "inevitable" as a response to higher oil prices.
