East Star Airlines increases fleet with A320s
Analysis
SYDNEY (Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation) - East Star Airlines, a private Chinese carrier, signed agreements to purchase ten A320s and lease ten more with Airbus and GECAS respectively.
The aircraft will be powered by CFM International CFM56-5B engines. Other details include:

Purchased aircraft: by 2011;

Leased aircraft: first three in 2Q06 and remainder by 2008;
