Copenhagen Airport shares gain on solid increase in domestic passengers in Mar-2010
Shares in Denmark's Copenhagen International Airport led the way up yesterday, climbing 3.3% higher with the release of its traffic report for Mar-2010 and the three months ended 31-Mar-2010. Copenhagen Airport reported a 17.2% jump in passenger traffic for the month and an 11.4% rise in passengers for the quarter. Domestic traffic is leading the airport's recovery, with domestic passenger numbers surging 34.7% and 29.4% year-on-year, in Mar-2010 and the quarter ended Mar-2010, respectively.

- Passenger numbers: 1.8 million, +17.2% year-on-year;
- International: 1.6 million, +15.0%;
- Domestic: 223,679, +34.7%;
- Aircraft movements: 21,402, +6.0%.

Share performances of other European airport and airport supplier stocks were mixed yesterday. TAV Airports rose 3.3%, Fraport gained 0.4%, while Aeroporto di Venezia, Aéroports de Paris (AdP), Zurich, Vienna, Hochtief and Ferrovial all declined.
