Continental Air: Offering of 11M Class B shares prices at USD14.80 each

San Francisco (Thomson Financial) - Continental Airlines Inc. said late Thursday its public offering of 11 million shares of Class B common stock has priced at $14.80 each.
The Houston-based airline has granted the underwriter, UBS Investment Bank, a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.65 million shares to cover any over-allotments. Shares of Continental closed at $15.59.
