COMAC selects Shanghai for C919 assembly plant
China's first large commercial jet is to be manufactured in Shanghai, with the Commercial Aircraft Corp of China (COMAC) announcing plans to establish the assembly line for the 160-190 C919 narrowbody aircraft in China's largest city.
