Beijing Capital International Airport reports that passenger numbers slipped 0.3% year-on-year in Jun-08 to 4.5 million, including a 0.8% fall in international traffic. For the six months ended 30-Jun-08, passenger volumes have been virtually steady (+0.4% to 26.1 million), though cargo volumes have surged (+28.4% to 638,000 tonnes)
