Air Arabia to offer additional services in June and July

African shares were mixed on Tuesday (15-Jun-2010) with Comair and Lonrho flat while Kenya Airways (-1.5%) fell and 1time (+5.8%) rose.

Fresh from the announcement of plans to establish a JV in Jordan, Air Arabia (-0.7%) announced it will offer additional services throughout Jun/Jul-2010 between Sharjah and Amman, Damascus and Alexandria (an additional four services per sector), due to increasing seasonal demand.

Jazeera Airways (-3.3%) and Royal Jordanian (-0.6%) declined, while Kuwait National Airways remained steady.
