2 new start-up airlines for China

Registered capital: CNY151.3 million;

Investors: Major investor is the local government-owned Liaoning Huanjiang Industrial Co Ltd.
Data Qili Airlines: Base: Tianjin;

Operations: Cargo services;

Fleet: Ten aircraft, including two B737-300s and two B747s;

Registered capital: CNY200 million;

Investors: GoHigh Data Networks Technology Co Ltd and five other local firms.
