Air France and flybe enter partnership
Air France and flybe announced (13-Jul-2010) details of a new commercial partnership from autumn 2010, with plans for a codeshare agreement to be in effect at the end of Oct-2010. Under the agreement, Air France customers will have access to 45 new routes between France and the UK and 17 routes on flybe's domestic network via Birmingham, Manchester and Southampton, placing its codes on the following routes:
- Birmingham - Avignon, Bergerac, Bordeaux, Brest, Chambery, La Rochelle, Limoges, Paris-Charles De Gaulle, Perpignan, Rennes, Toulouse, Belfast, Glasgow, Guernsey, Inverness, Isle of Man and Jersey;
- Exeter - Avignon, Bergerac, Chambery and Rennes;
- Edinburgh - Bergerac, Limoges and Rennes;
- Glasgow - La Rochelle;
- Jersey - Nice;
- London Gatwick - Bergerac and Limoges;
- Manchester - Avignon, Bergerac, Brest, La Rochelle, Limoges, Paris-CDG, Rennes, Belfast, Glasgow, Inverness and Isle of Man;
- Newcastle - Limoges;
- Paris-CDG - Belfast, Cardiff, Exeter, Glasgow and Jersey;
- Southampton - Avignon, Bergerac, Bordeaux, Brest, Chambery, Limoges, La Rochelle, Nice, Paris-Orly, Perpignan, Rennes, Belfast, Glasgow, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Inverness and Leeds Bradford.
Within the framework of this agreement, flybe will market and add its code to the following Air France flights:
- Aberdeen - Paris-CDG;
- Birmingham - Paris-CDG, Lyon;
- Edinburgh - Paris-CDG;
- Manchester - Paris-CDG;
- Newcastle - Paris-CDG;
- Paris-Orly - Bordeaux, Limoges, Nice, Perpignan and Toulouse;
- Paris-CDG - Brest, Budapest, Geneva, Istanbul, Lyon, Madrid, Munich, Nice, Nuremberg, Prague, Sofia, Vienna, Warsaw and Zagreb. [more]
