Abu Dhabi International Airport pax up 9%, cargo up 8% in Apr-2013

UAE's Abu Dhabi International Airport reported (03-Jun-2013) an 8.6% year-on-year increase in passenger numbers to more than 1.3 million in Apr-2013. Cargo volume in Apr-2013 increased 7.9% to 51,511 tonnes and aircraft movements increased 7.9% to more than 10,000. In the first four months of 2013, destinations in India, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and Pakistan registered the highest traffic from the airport. [more - original PR]
