Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport reports 20% increase in Jan-2012 pax

Russia's Moscow Sheremetyevo International Airport handled 1.7 million passengers in Jan-2012, a 20.1% year-on-year increase. The most popular international destinations in Jan-2012 were Paris, Hurghada, Sharm El-Sheikh, Prague, Istanbul, Kiev, Bangkok, Amsterdam, Rome. The largest domestic destinations were St Petersburg, Krasnodar, Yekaterinburg, Sochi, Rostov-on-Don, Kaliningrad, Vladivostok. Traffic highlights for Jan-2012 included:
