IAG pax numbers down 3% and cargo traffic down 7% in Apr-2013, group premium traffic up 2%
International Airlines Group (IAG) reports (08-May-2013) the following consolidated traffic* highlights in Apr-2013:
- Passenger numbers: 4.4 million, -2.5% year-on-year;
- Domestic (UK & Spain): 842,000, -9.8%;
- Europe: 2.0 million, +3.2%;
- North America: 729,000, -0.5%;
- Latin America and Caribbean: 313,000, -16.5%;
- Africa, Middle East and S.Asia: 360,000, -3.7%;
- Asia Pacific: 133,000, -1.5%;
- Passenger load factor: 79.2%, -2.2 ppts;
- Domestic (UK & Spain): 68.8%, -7.6 ppts;
- Europe: 77%, +0.5 ppt;
- North America: 82.9%, -1.7 ppts;
- Latin America and Caribbean: 80.5%, -3.7 ppts;
- Africa, Middle East and S.Asia: 75.4%, -3.1 ppts;
- Asia Pacific: 78.3%, -2.6 ppts;
