Emirates carried 43m passengers, received 23 aircraft and commenced nine routes in 2013

Emirates reported (31-Dec-2013) its aircraft covered more than 751 million km on 164,635 services transporting more than 43 million passengers in 2013. The airline took delivery of 24 new aircraft, including A380s, Boeing 777s and 777Fs, and commenced new routes from Dubai to Algiers, Clark, Conakry, Kabul, Sialkot, Stockholm, Tokyo Haneda and Warsaw and Milan-New York service in 2013.
