Avianca increases North and South American services

Avianca announced (24-Oct-2012) plans to increase its network throughout the US, the Caribbean and South America from Dec-2012 with an additional 1880 weekly seats to Miami, New York, Orlando, Punta Cana, Santo Domingo, Havana, Rio and La Paz. AviancaTaca Holding's CEO Fabio Villegas Ramirez said, "With the expansion of the service from the Avianca hub in Bogota, we aim to offer better connectivity across the length and breadth of the continent, at the same time as we maximise the advantages that the new international terminal of the Colombian capital provides."
