UK Labour contender supports Heathrow's third runway

UK Labour Party's potential new leader, David Miliband, stated he believes a third runway at London Heathrow Airport could boost London's economy and business and the project should go ahead as long as environmental issues are addressed (London Evening Standard, 08-Sep-2010).
