TUI Travel PLC signs letter of intent with Royal Air Maroc covering Jet4You ownership

TUI Travel PLC signed (08-Jul-2010) a LoI with Royal Air Maroc for RAM to take a majority stake in Jet4You, TUI Travel's Moroccan LCC. Jet4You operates services between Morocco and European cities, in addition to charter services predominantly to France and Belgium.
