Philippines offers four PPP projects

Philippines' Government has listed four public-private partnership projects up for bid before Jul-2011 has been trimmed to the sale of two light railways and an airport plus construction of an expressway (BusinessWorld, 02-Feb-2011). To be privatised are the Metro Rail Transit Line 3, Light Rail Transit Line 1 and Misamis Oriental's Laguindingan Airport as well as implementation of phase two of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport expressway worth a total of USD579 million.
