Berlin Schönefeld and Berlin Tegel airports pax up 14%, cargo up 20% in Jul-2016

Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH reported (12-Aug-2016) a combined 13.8% year-on-year increase in passengers at Berlin Schoenefeld Airport and Berlin Tegel Airport to 3.1 million in Jul-2016, with Berlin Tegel reporting a 3.6% increase to 2.0 million passengers and Berlin Schoenefeld reporting a 41.5% increase to 1.0 million passengers. Aircraft movements at both airports increased 7.9% to 24,560, including a 0.7% decline to 16,454 at Berlin Tegel and a 30.6% increase to 8106 at Berlin Schoenefeld.
