"Low cost model will not work in the Indian market": Paramount Airways

Paramount Airways Managing Director, M Thiagarajan, stated the LCC model "will not work in the Indian market", due to limited cost differentiation between full service and low cost carriers operating in India, and a lack of secondary airports, compared to European and US markets (India Infoline, 30-Sep-09).
