Japan and Malaysia conclude revised bilateral agreement

Japan and Malaysia have concluded a revised bilateral agreement for full open skies, including Tokyo, by summer 2013 (Transport Journal, 08-Mar-2011). Restrictions for services to/from Tokyo Narita will be removed when the number of slots increases to 270,000 p/a. All restrictions on fifth-freedom rights beyond the respective country will also be lifted.
