IAG passenger numbers up 10% in Dec-2011, cargo traffic up
International Airlines Group (IAG) reports (05-Jan-2012) the following consolidated traffic highlights:

- Domestic (UK and Spain): 758,000, -4.9%;
- Europe: 1.6 million, +16.4%;
- North America: 630,000, +21.6%;
- Latin America and Caribbean: 399,000, +6.4%;
- Africa, Middle East and S.Asia: 388,000, +8.1%;
- Asia Pacific: 120,000, +4.3%;
- Passenger load factor: 77.6%, +0.6 ppt;
- Domestic (UK and Spain): 72.9%, +5.0 ppts;
- Europe: 69.2%, +2.0 ppts;
- North America: 79.7%, +1.8 ppts;
- Latin America and Caribbean: 80.9%, -0.9 ppt;
- Africa, Middle East and S.Asia: 77.5%, -0.1 ppt;
- Asia Pacific: 78.2%, -4.6 ppts;
