German investor Rudolf Woehrl interested in Condor acquisition: report
German investor Rudolf Woehrl is reportedly interested in acquiring Thomas Cook Group's Condor airline, according to reports in Sueddeutsche Zeitung. Thomas Cook is reportedly seeking more than EUR300 million for the unit, with Mr Woehrl stating this price reflects the "high liquidity" in the carrier. Mr Woehrl previously bid EUR220 million with a group of investors to acquire 52% of airberlin shares prior to the carrier signing an agreement with Etihad Airways.
