Berlin Schönefeld and Berlin Tegel airports pax up 3%, cargo up 11% in Apr-2015

Berlin Schönefeld and Berlin Tegel airports handled (11-May-2015) a combined 2.4 million passengers in Apr-2015, an increase of 2.9% year-on-year. Berlin Schönefeld reported a 6.6% growth to 670,880 passengers and Berlin Tegel reported a 1.6% growth to 1.7 million passengers. Cargo traffic at the two airports increased 10.9% to 3635 tonnes and aircraft movements increased 4.5% to 21,685, including an 8.8% growth to 6263 at Berlin Schönefeld and a 2.8% growth at Berlin Tegel to 15,422.
