China Airlines announces changes to Tigerair Taiwan ownership structure within group

China Airlines announced (31-Mar-2014) changes to the ownership structure in the group's proposed LCC JV with Tiger Airways Holdings, Tigerair Taiwan, which will be split within the group as follows:

• China Airlines: Invest TWD1600 million (USD53.3 million) for 80% stake;
• Mandarin Airlines: Invest TWD200 million (USD6.7 million) for 10% stake.
