Brazil's domestic pax traffic down 3% in Apr-2013, int'l pax traffic up 2%

Brazil’s National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) reports (03-Jun-2013) the following traffic highlights for Apr-2013:

  • Passenger traffic (RPKs):
    • Domestic: -3.4% year-on-year;
      • Avianca Brazil: +38.5%;
      • Azul: +30.7%;
      • GOL: +0.6%;
      • Grupo TAM: -6.9%;
      • NHT: -36.5%;
      • Passaerdo: -24.3%;
      • Sete: +73.8%;
      • Total: +18.1%;
      • Trip: -7.8%;
    • International: +1.5%;
      • GOL: +17.0%;
      • Grupo TAM: -0.2%;
  • Load factor:
    • Domestic: 72.3%;
      • Avianca Brazil: 78.6%;
      • Azul: 80.7%;
      • GOL: 67.7%;
      • Grupo TAM: 73.3%;
      • NHT: 44.2%;
      • Passaerdo: 62.1%;
      • Sete: 67.8%;
      • Total: 93.7%;
