ASEAN and China considering Open Skies agreement

Philippines' Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) Deputy Executive Director, Porvenir Porciuncula, reportedly stated aviation officials from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) are currently in discussions for the signing of an Open Skies agreement with China, to be signed by Dec-2010 (Philippine Daily Inquirer, 29-Nov-2009). According to Mr Porciuncula, a draft for the agreement has been developed, following talks in Nov-2009.
