Abu Dhabi International Airport pax numbers up 19% in Aug-2013, cargo up 30%

UAE's Abu Dhabi International Airport passenger numbers up 18.5% - traffic highlights for Aug-2013:

• Passenger numbers: 1.5 million, +18.5% year-on-year;
• Cargo volume: 60,235 tonnes, +29.9%;

The airport stated (29-Sep-2013) the top five destinations in Aug-2013 were Bangkok, London, Doha, Manila and Bahrain.
