30-May-2013 Aer Lingus Group plc ("Aer Lingus") welcomes today's announcement by the UK Competition Commissionregarding the provisional findings of its investigation into Ryanair's minority shareholding in Aer Lingus.
Aer Lingus looks forward to continuing to assist the UK Competition Commission in its investigation into the anti-competitive effects of Ryanair's minority shareholding. The issuing of the final report is expected by 11 July 2013.
