Thai Airways International Signs Trent 500 TotalCare Agreement

Rolls-Royce has agreed a long-term TotalCare services contract

with Thai Airways covering the Trent 500 engines which power its fleet of ten

Airbus A340s.

The ten-year agreement, which is based on an agreed dollar fee per engine flying hour.

Last year Rolls-Royce and Thai Airways celebrated a decade of Trent operations. The airline was launch customer for the Trent 800 which entered service on its Boeing 777s in 1996.
