Autogrill shares advanced 2.2% as Fidentiis Equities confirmed its "buy" rating on the stock, citing an improvement in US air traffic in May. gategroup's shares rose 0.2% yesterday.

Elsewhere, BAA owner Ferrovial SA rose 3.3% as its Amey Plc unit completed the sale of its 66.7% stake in Tube Lines Limited.
