About
TNT is a Dutch freight forwarding, air cargo, mail and logistics company headquartered in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands. TNT Express is the air freight unit of TNT, comprising of TNT Airways and Pan Air Lineas Aereas. TNT merged into FedEx Corporation, following the completion of a EUR4.4 billion purchase agreement on 25-May-2016. FedEx has commenced an integration programme and expand its global freight network. Consequent to the merger, ASL Aviation Group acquired the airline operations of TNT Express, comprising TNT Airways and Pan Air Líneas Aéreas. ASL also entered a multi-year service agreement to operate services for FedEx. ASL rebranded the carriers ASL Airlines Belgium and ASL Airlines Spain respectively.
