WestJet passenger traffic up 11.5% in Jan-2012, record January load factor

WestJet reports (06-Feb-2012) the following traffic highlights in Jan-2012:

• Revenue passenger miles: +11.5% year-on-year;

"We are very happy with this strong start to 2012 and the new record January load factor. Our capacity increases are being nicely absorbed and the healthy demand for air travel has continued into the new year," WestJet President and CEO Gregg Saretsky said.
