Vistara unveils product and service elements
Vistara unveiled (22-Dec-2014) its product and service elements that will fulfil its core brand promise. The full service carrier will take off on 09-Jan-2015 with Delhi-Mumbai, Delhi-Ahmedabad and Ahmedabad-Mumbai as its initial routes. Vistara also unveiled its tagline 'Fly the new Feeling'. Meanwhile, Vistara is working on interline sales agreements and other partnerships with a few major international airlines including Singapore Airlines and SilkAir. Vistara also announced a strategic partnership with the Taj Group. On its product, the carrier noted that its business class will have 42" seat pitch and 7" seat recline, with premium economy to have a 33" to 36" seat pitch and 4.5" seat recline, while economy will have 30" seat pitch and 3.5" seat recline.
