Virgin Nigeria announces funds injection from NICON Group

Virgin Nigeria informed (05-May-2010) the NICON Group of Companies has injected funds into the airline. The amount was not disclosed. The injection of funds is a sequel to its acquisition by barrister Jimoh Ibrahim and his emergence as Chairman of Virgin Nigeria. Virgin Nigeria is now undergoing management change and is preparing to implement a turn-around strategy that will ensure its fast and profitable growth.
