Virgin Australia ramps up Asian strategy
Virgin Australia's plans to serve Asia could include Airbus A330 international services as it increases the size of its A330 fleet to up to six aircraft (The Australian, 13-May-2011). The airline has two A330-200s in service and will take delivery of two new aircraft in early 2012. The additional two aircraft are to arrive from Emirates and CEO John Borghetti said current plans are to operate them domestically.
