Vietnam Government considering selling shares in Vietnam Airlines

Vietnam Government is reportedly considering resuming plans to sell shares in Vietnam Airlines by 2010, as state-owned companies are currently "crowing out capital" (Bloomberg, 03-Dec-2009). The government previously planned to sell shares in the carrier in 2008, but was postponed due to the global financial downturn.
