US’ National Mediation Board postpones unionisation ruling

US' National Mediation Board announced plans to delay the implementation of its new rule to ease unionisation for airline employees by 20 days (Wall Street Journal, 26-May-2010). The rule will now go into effect on 30-Jun-2010, instead of its original 10-Jun-2010 launch date, following a lawsuit from the Air Transport Association of America to overturn the rule change.
