US BTS reports top 10 US airports ranked 2012 system scheduled enplanement on US airlines
US Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) reports (26-Mar-2013) the following top 10 US airports ranked system (domestic and international) scheduled enplanement on US airlines* in 2012:
- Passenger numbers:
- Atlanta: 45.1 million, +3.2% year-on-year;
- Chicago O'Hare: 29.9 million, +0.4%;
- Dallas/Fort Worth: 27.5 million, +1.6%;
- Denver: 25.5 million, +0.5%;
- Los Angeles: 25 million, +2.2%;
- Charlotte: 19.9 million, +5.3%;
- Phoenix: 19.2 million, -1.1%;
- San Francisco: 18.6 million, +6.6%;
- Las Vegas: 18.4 million, -0.2%;
