Tokyo Haneda international pax continues to surge in Aug-2011

Japan's Tokyo Regional Civil Aviation Bureau reported the following traffic highlights for Tokyo Haneda Airport in Aug-2011:

Passenger numbers: 6.2 million, -4.1% year-on-year;
- Domestic: 5.5 million, -10.5%;
- International: 696,580, +121.9%;
Cargo volume: 67,785 tonnes, +5.8%;
- Domestic: 57,304 tonnes, -8.5%;
- International: 10,480 tonnes, +647%.
