36 Fokker aircraft placed in 2014, with addition of four new operators
Fokker Services announced (21-Jan-2015) it placed 36 Fokker aircraft with four new and nine existing Fokker operators during 2014. Fokker Services does not sell or lease Fokker aircraft, instead facilitating placements by sellers and lessors through its 'FLYFokker' programme, in addition to providing comprehensive support to Fokker aircraft operators throughout the world. In addition, leases were extended on two Fokker 50s, as well as four Fokker 100s.
- Insel Air: Added four Fokker 50s, taking its Fokker 50 fleet to seven in total, while also taking three long-range Fokker 70s;
- Surinam Fly All Ways: Two Fokker 70s.
- Air Cuahonte, dba Mayair: Single Fokker 50;
- Peruvian Navy: Two Fokker 50s, in addition to its existing fleet of four Fokker 60 aircraft.
Africa: Four airlines added a total of six Fokker 50s to their fleets.
- Bek Air: Added two Fokker 100s to its fleet, taking its total to six;
- Avanti Air: Purchased two Fokker 100s;
- Dutch Denim: Added two Fokker 100s on its AOC. An undisclosed operator also purchased 1 Fokker 100.
- Air Niugini: Added an initial long-range Fokker 70 to its fleet of seven Fokker 100s;
- Transnusa: Added a single Fokker 70, and extended leases on existing Fokker 50 aircraft;
- Virgin Australia Regional Airlines: Extended leases on four Fokker 100s;
